Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. For oversized items like electric mountain bikes, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your ride arrives in perfect condition.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all E-Ride Solutions products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering frame and electrical components, including the motor and battery.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, items that have been assembled or ridden cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
Are the electric vehicles water-resistant for outdoor sports?
Most of our units have an IP54 or higher water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or exposing the electrical components to heavy downpours.
Do you offer financing options for high-end gear?
Absolutely. We partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to get your gear now and pay over time.
How do I maintain my battery for long-term performance?
To maximize battery life, we recommend charging it after every ride and avoiding letting the charge drop below 20%. Store your battery in a cool, dry place and charge it at least once a month if not in use.
